Ghost Plus 4 was designed to allow a user to add 4 more rounds to an existing magazine. Each Ghost G43X and 48 Plus 4 features a Stainless Steel Magazine Spring to replace the factory one as well as the magazine base plate. The additional surface area not only allows for the more capacity but also doubles as a pinky rest providing a better grip especially with users that have large hands.
